- The Cervical Relaxer is a more relaxing tool compared to the Cervical Retrainer. The Cervical Relaxer sits comfortably positioned at the base of the skull, with the cervical spine placed into a slightly increased lordotic curve to allow for gentle muscle & ligament stretching, joint stretching, disc gapping & overall relaxation. We recommended using the Cervical Relaxer for 10 – 15 minutes each day.
