Meet Our Chiropractor: James Allen
James is the founder of Vitality Chiropractic Australia. Early in James’ professional career he completed numerous programs at RMIT University in Bundoora, including a 3-year Bachelor of Exercise Science degree as well as a 3-year Bachelor of Chiropractic degree. Following these achievements, James completed a further 2-years of study to obtain his Masters of Chiropractic and joined a prestigious club as he achieved Distinction results across his 8-year University studies. James is still an active member of the Golden Key Society following these achievements.
While completing his Chiropractic studies, James worked closely with both the Carlton & Collingwood Football Clubs as an assistant Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation coach. James is well recognized within the elite and amateur sporting industry as well as the Chiropractic profession.

With James’ extensive background in sport & fitness, it’s his passion to see his customers live a healthy & active lifestyle by improving and maintaining proper spinal biomechanics through Chiropractic adjustments, exercise rehabilitation & proper nutrition. James sees patients of all ages, even the little ones after completing dedicated studying in paediatrics and childrens health.
James is one of less than twenty Chiropractors in Australia to utilize the highly sought after Atlas Orthogonal therapy, a specific technique that is extremely successful with chronic issues including neck pain, headaches, migraines, fibromyalgia, trigeminal neuralgia and more.
James is a registered Chiropractor in the state of Victoria under the Chiropractor Registration Board of Australia.
James is available for consultation Monday to Saturday within our regular clinic hours as well as after hours and emergency cases in special circumstances.
